Pawahtun, identified by his headdress and the shell on his back, stands in the rain beneath a skyband. He carries an axe (normally associated with Chaak), as well as a bag or pouch containing the glyph for rain ("ha' "). The skyband includes the glyphs for sky (ka'an) and an unidentified glyph that may be associated with eclipses.
